Services Available at St. Paul Homes on a Fee-for-Service Basis are:

• Assisted living at The Ridgewood or The Heritage (Paid for from equity and cash in equal monthly payments)

• Nursing care at the Villas when needed. (Paid for from equity and cash in equal monthly payments)

• Emergency visits by a nurse

• Meals

• Housekeeping

• Transportation for shopping, medical appointments and community programs

• Beauty salon visits (by appointment)

• Senior FITness program featuring specially designed Nautilus equipment, cardiovascular training and wellness programs managed by an exercise physiologist
