Estate Cottages In 1973, St. Paul Homes
began developing 58 Estate Cottages. Estate Cottages feature a full-service kitchen, formal
dining room, living room, sunroom, bathroom, powder room, and one-car garage. |

Residents decorate and furnish their cottage to make it home. Services
include home maintenance, lawn care, landscape service and snow removal.
Utilities include water, sewer and trash removal. |

Woodland Cottages
In 2003, St. Paul homes developed 34 lots for new homes.
Woodland Cottages offer seven different floor plans and include the option
of factory built homes or traditional on-site construction. Woodland
Cottages feature three bedrooms, two baths, a large sunroom, patio, two-car
garage, and central air conditioning |

Residents of Cottage Colony have access to services including
transportation, housekeeping, meals, emergency nurse visits, SeniorFITness,
social activities and spiritual programs. |

Apartments Seventeen one-bedroom apartments are available in Corman, Cooper and Kintigh
