Cottage Colony

	Estate Homes In 1973, St. Paul's began developing 58 Estate homes. Estate homes feature a full-service kitchen, formal dining room, living room, sunroom, bathroom, powder room, and one-car garage.
Residents decorate and furnish their cottage to make it home. Services include home maintenance, lawn care, landscape service and snow removal. Utilities include water, sewer and trash removal.

	Woodland Homes In 2003, St. Paul's developed 34 lots for new homes. Woodland homes offer seven different floor plans and include the option of factory built homes or traditional on-site construction. Woodland homes feature three bedrooms, two baths, a large sunroom, patio, two-car garage, and central air conditioning
Residents of The Colony have access to services including transportation, housekeeping, meals, emergency nurse visits, The fitness Center, social activities and spiritual programs.
	Apartments Seventeen one-bedroom apartments are available in Corman, Cooper and Kintigh Apartments. Apartments feature a full-service kitchen, living room bedroom, and bathroom.

Residents enjoy the support of our own computer administrator.	Maintenance services include home and appliance maintenance.
