All
services are included in the monthly fee except for hair care, telephone
service, medications, PT/OT/Speech therapies and dry cleaning.

Updates of care are given verbally from the nursing staff and also with Care
Plan conferences which consist of the resident and their family, staff from
Nursing, Dietary, Therapies, Activities and Social Services who are involved
with the residents care.
When you are no longer able to manage your bills with your private income.
St.
Paul Homes is open to visitors 24 hours a day. The doors are locked from
midnight until 4 am. There is a bell at the door to ring to have the
supervisor unlock the door for you during those hours.
Clothing, personal items, electric shavers, lounge chair, television, family
pictures can be brought with you. Please keep in mind that space is limited.
Social and spiritual activities are available to all residents. A variety of
musical programs as well as weekly church services are conducted.
Advanced directives are your written instructions to your doctor and others
responsible for your care, that in the event you become incapacitated, the
nursing facility and your doctor will honor your wishes regarding your
choice to accept, refuse, or discontinue medical or surgical care.
Assisted living is a special
combination of housing, personalized quality care, and supportive services
to those who require help with activities of daily living.

Yes. Transportation is available for both appointments / activities
