Aging-In-Place Apartments

(Combining Independent & Assisted Living)

Accommodations, Services, & Fees for 2008

The Heritage at St. Paul Homes opened in July of 2006 and features 80 apartments with four different floor plan options.

The Heritage is a licensed Personal Care Home and serves independent people as well as individuals that need assistance with daily activities.  Aging-in-place services gives independent residents the opportunity to stay in their apartment and add personal care services when needed.

Apartments include a kitchenette with a microwave and refrigerator.  There is plenty of cupboard space for kitchen and other items.

Floor plans include The Walker, The Muntz, The Seibert and The Porter.  Square footage ranges form 300 to 471 square feet.

Residents bring their own furnishings and decorate the apartment to their own personal liking.

The bathroom features a walk in shower, extra grab bars for safety and plenty of space.

Apartments include controls for heating and air conditioning, mini blinds, and an emergency call system in the living area and bathroom.

Residents enjoy the privacy of their apartment along with the socialization of congregate living.  There are plenty of places for residents to enjoy with friends and family including lounges, fellowship Hall, the Bistro, and more.

Pets are a welcome addition to The Heritage and those residents who have pets appreciate the opportunity to bring them along for the move.

Residents can enjoy as little or as much activity as they'd like.  Each of the four floors have a lounge that is convenient for residents and you'll often find the workings of a puzzle or the sound of music.

Services include meals, weekly housekeeping services and transportation.

Residents can pursue activities that they enjoy and there is a full schedule of recreational, social and spiritual activities each week.  There are also plenty of places to enjoy the company of friends and family.

Each of the four floors in the Heritage houses a dining room for residents' convenience.  Meals are served restaurant style and residents always have choices from an alternate menu to insure selection satisfaction.

Fully equipped residential laundry rooms are available on each floor for residents' convenience.  residents may also employ staff to provide weekly laundry services for a fee.

Residents are welcome to bring their own car, however, they have peace of mind knowing that transportation is available on days that they'd rather not drive.

Personal care services are available for residents who need support with activities of daily living.  A full-time LPN assists in coordinating health services.
