The Ridgewood

	The Ridgewood at St. Paul Homes offers a unique assisted living residence combing private apartments and personal care.
Residents can enjoy the social environment participating in a variety of social, recreational and spiritual programs and special events. Cooking, games, exercise classes and luncheons are among the regularly held activities. Regular trips are planned including shopping at area retail and grocery stores as well as community events. Activities are often personalized for men or women. A weekly activity calendar makes it easy for residents to plan. Residents are encouraged to help in planning scheduled activities and events. Ideas are welcomed.
	The Ridgewood provides meals, personal laundry services and assistance with housekeeping, giving residents time to enjoy their hobbies and participate in planned events. Transportation on and off campus is also included.
A full-time Licensed Practical Nurse coordinates residents' health care including medication management if needed, scheduling appointments, and following up on recommended medial care. Residents at The Ridgewood can rest assured knowing staff is available 24 hours a day to offer as much or as little assistance as they need. Personal care attendants, certified in CPR and First Aid, provide assistance with all activities of daily living. Together, the administrator, activity director, personal care attendants, nurses, food services, and housekeeping coordinate services designed to meet the personal preferences and interests of each resident.

Services Available at St. Paul Homes on a Fee-for-Service Basis are: * Nursing care at The Villas when needed. * Routine visits by a nurse. * Beauty or barber visits located in-house. * Cable TV * Telephone * Senior FITness program featuring specially designed Nautilus equipment, cardiovascular training and wellness programs managed by an exercise physiologist.
	The Ridgewood offers assisted living in a smoke-free environment.

	One-bedroom floor plan with 340 square feet of living space. Apartments feature heating and air conditioning; kitchenette; private bathroom with a shower; miniblinds, microwave and refrigerator; and emergency call system.
	One-bedroom end apartment with 351 square feet of living space. Apartments feature heating and air conditioning; kitchenette; private bathroom with a shower; mini blinds, microwave and refrigerator; and emergency call system.
	One Bedroom Deluxe floor plan with 417 square feet of living space. Apartments feature heating and air conditioning; kitchenette; private bathroom with a shower; mini blinds, microwave and refrigerator; and emergency call system.
